Naming themselves Microbodega Rodríguez Morán, Juan specializes in very small production wines based on the indigenous grapes of his region in the Tierra del Vino Zamora, Spain.
Juan allows great wines to come into being without the use of any chemicals in the vineyard and in the wine cellar, respecting the earth and the environment. This is done through indigenous yeasts, not trying to control nature but allowing the natural fermentation cycles of the earth to allow the creation of his wines.
These wines are for anyone who wishes to enjoy a glass of natural and original wines.
