His label is called Caleb Leisure wines. The pet'nat is made with organic grapes from the iron-rich soils of
the Sierra Foothills vineyard with very red soils with some volcanic loam.
Made up of 90% Viognier, 5% Marsanne and 5% Roussanne that was picked at 23° brix.
Foot-stomped, a couple hours of skin contact
(almost a week of skins for both the Marsanne
and Roussanne). Natural yeast, fermented in a
neutral barrel, with no SO2 at any stage of the winemaking including at bottling.
